Elias, the founding Executive Director, has spearheaded the establishment and growth of Save A Youth Africa (SAYA) from an unknown entity to Kenya's biggest non-profit organization. He has been in charge of developing and implementing strategy, as well as establishing systems and organizational structures, policies, and procedures. Elias has impacted the lives of Kenyan youth and women through a variety of programs that provide economic empowerment and financial literacy training. In the corporate space, Elias is a strategic Quality Assurance and Customer Experience Specialist with ten years of hands-on experience in the Life, Pension, Asset, and General insurance business. Capable of creating working connections and providing frequent trainings, gaining business directly or through intermediaries, and improving product quality through rigorous analysis and identification of cross-selling opportunities. He excels at building strong client relationships, effectively resolving inquiries, and increasing overall satisfaction through tailored interactions and problem-solving. Dedicated to organizing quality initiatives that are in line with company goals by leading cross-functional teams and partnering with stakeholders to promote an excellence and continuous improvement culture. Under his leadership, the NGO has worn a grant of US$30,000 from USAID for youth empowerment program. He successfully initiated Formation and Registration of Population Health Officers Association of Kenya (PHOAK) as the Founding Secretary General for the professional body. He is an active consultant and researcher with a wide range of experience in reproductive health and Insurance.
